We’ve barely made it back to CO from this year’s BCA Expo. Aside from the 12 hours we spend in Aurora before leaving for the show last week, I’ve been gone now for 47 days. I’m glad to be home for four days but I’ll be off again on Thursday night for this weekend’s AWBT stop.
I’ll leave you with this for now…
Top Ten Ways to Stay in Shape During the 2010 BCA Expo (without using the $20/day fitness center at the host hotel)
#10 – Eating only one meal a day because you were too busy covering the booth or was not impressed with the selection available in the convention center.
#9 - Waiting in 110 degree desert heat at the cab stand.
#8 – Sitting the back sauna of a non air conditioned cab.
#7 - (for the exhibitors that drove) Walking through the 110 degree heat, lugging all your show gear.
#6 - Making your rounds through the host hotel/casino trying to catch all the Elvis impersonators in town for the Heart of the King convention.
#5 - Eating only the fruit and yogurt from the free breakfasts provided at the BCA morning seminars.
#4 – Walking through the 110 degree heat across the parking lot to get food from the Ego Cafe on the one day that we ate lunch.
#3 - Frying in the 110 degree Las Vegas oven two times a day for the expo shuttle.
#2 – Walking a half mile in the baking sun to the nearest monorail station.
#1 - Circling the entire convention center floor multiple times searching for the surprise vendors that were not exhibiting this year.

so… how hot was it?
Welcome back!
While youve been away Samm, I now have been given the National Billiards column (on top of my Phoenix column) so I can get into much more trouble.
Rest up and I want to see you do well in Tucson this coming weekend!
