I completed the tournament tied for 5th/6th place yesterday. More details to come but I didn’t want to leave anyone hanging. If it weren’t for the smoking in the poolrooms here, I would take my laptop with me and have more frequent and detailed updates. Yesterday was a long, grueling day. I played four intense matches and I can’t wait to share the experiences here, not just for others to learn from, but so that I can one day return and reflect on my words as I have in the past.

Tuesday, September 27, 2011This past weekend, my dear friend and student Aimee Peterson won the local preliminary round qualifier for the U.S. Amateur Championships in Florida. I have SO much respect for Aimee because she not only works hard on her game, but she works very hard.
