Well, I arrived in San Antonio on Wednesday and have spent the past couple days touring various pool halls in the San Antonio / Austin area while relaxing at the amazing home of my new friend and business associate. I’m here early playing and promoting the wonderful game of 6 Pocket, while brainstorming on upcoming business ideas. Tomorrow, I’ll be making my way to the Houston area by way of a few more pool halls.
I’m happy to be here so early and to be playing some pool in these challenging (for me) conditions. It was about 90% humidity today and the balls were absolutely gritty. It always takes me a day or so to get acclimated to these heavy Texas conditions when I come play here. And if the humidity isn’t bad enough, I generally wake up the following morning feeling hung over from all the second-hand smoke. Ugh… I don’t even want to think about what my hair smells like right now.
Anyway! I’m excited to see all my friends this weekend and to play some good pool!

I just arrived at Legends tonight and I LOVE this place!!! They have well spaced 8-foot diamond tables, aramith pro and centennial balls, simonis cloth and red circle cue balls. Yippee!!!
