Readers can expect road tales, interviews with pros, and responses to questions from readers.
“I’m super excited for the opportunity! This unique column is near and dear to me. I share my personal trials and tribulations already at PoolTipJar.com but this will be a refreshing chance to incorporate observations from my journey and knowledge from my touring friends in an educational forum. I hope the readers will embrace it,” said a gracious Diep.
Being no stranger to writing, her work can already be found in many regional publications. When she’s not training or competing, she’s teaching private lessons and clinics, reporting the news for InsidePool magazine, promoting her book “You Might Be A D Player If…,” marketing the new DELTA-13 Rack, or filling orders for SammsPocket.com . Diep explains, “I’m up for the challenge. I expect this venture to only compliment my already fulfilling pool career.”
Founded in 2007, Border Billiards is an online retail store based just outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Their primary goal is to provide billiard enthusiasts with the supplies that they need to make their pool table and game room the absolute best that they can be. At Border Billiards, customer satisfaction is of the highest priority and they meet that goal by providing the lowest prices the internet has to offer on a wide range of products, while providing excellent customer service.
The inaugural article entitled, Confidence Prevails includes an interview with Canadian champion, Tyler Edey. Here’s an excerpt:
Confidence is something that can not be taught. You don’t pick it up by reading books or watching videos. Sometimes, you don’t even know when you have it. Confidence happens with the ideal equipment, the right opponent, and the perfect conditions. We can not control any of those things, but when we feel it, we just have to ride it out.
